Refund policy

Returns：

You can return the item for any reason in new and unused condition for up to 30 days after purchase.

  • Your return must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Open and/or used merchandise cannot be returned, with exceptions for defective merchandise and products.
  • Pack the items along with your ORDER CONFIRMATION or original PACKING SLIP and ship to Bira through the carrier of your choice. Our address is: Bira Craft Returns. 2508 Strozier Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733.
  • Due to the high cost of shipping, return postage is your responsibility unless the return is a result of our error. If the item is defective, please Contact Us for pre-paid shipping label. Bira will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address.
  • Once the return is received, we will refund your purchase price within 5-10 business days.
  • The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.

Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
